Support Model¶
BluTech Talent will provide support using the Support-On-Demand Service model, which will follow the Request -> Review -> Resolve -> Release process.
Support-On-Demand deployed on our identified service resolution software shall be used for raising tickets for resolution. This may pertain to Know-how, Module updates, re-configuration, enhancement and upgrades etc., as requested by Client.
BluTech Talent will use its ticket-based system to track and respond to requests based on priority as determined by the clients Authorised Representative(s). The ticketing system transparently tracks the progress of the tickets and provides a high degree of transparency. Time equivalent effort (“TEE”) on the resolution of the ticket will accrue from when BluTech Talent commences work on the ticket.
Client’s Authorised Representative(s) shall carefully categorize the tickets raised according to the priority / description provided below. BluTech Talent will follow the priority provided.
